There’s so much contradictory information out there that you do one of a couple things:
1. Do the wrong shit
• The wrong exercises and split routines that don’t trigger the right male growth hormones
• The wrong rep ranges and intensity
• The wrong diet that doesn’t maximize your muscle growth
• The wrong rest and sleep schedule
• Cardio
2. Massive inconsistency
• Bouncing around from new workout to new workout without seeing any results
• Low intensity workouts that don’t actually do anything
• Eating whatever is convenient without keeping track of the macros (why guys get skinny fat)
• Not eating enough to get into an anabolic state
When people come to me out of frustration from not seeing any gains, it’s almost always one of these two reasons.
BUT...
The number one reason why the average gym-goer will never reach his ideal physique is this:
They don’t have a plan!
And even if they do have a plan, they don’t realize that...
Most plans are designed to FAIL.
Nothing pains me more than seeing guys hammer away at the LAMEST exercises, those that only cause a MINISCULE hormonal response and will never really get them any kind of real growth.
These same guys then go home and “bulk” their way to skinny fat.
A process I mistakenly fell for several times before I found a way better solution.
Makes me kind of nauseous just thinking about it.
This is definitely the WRONG way to get muscle mass.
